Speckled Sussex Hen with diarhea!

I have a hen that is about 14 months old and drinks alot of water and when she poops it is mainly clear water with some green mush mixed with it. I need help to figure out what it is? I have given here Sulmet in her water for two days so far per feed store advice and nothing has changed. She does not act sick and this has been going on for about two weeks. She is also laying, so no problem with that. Help please!

Is she skinny? Like prominent breast bone? Wormed? If the poop is bright green, she may be starving. Is her crop soft in the morning?

Her crop is always wobbly and if I hang her by her feet / head down milky colored water comes pouring out of her mouth. She still has watery poop as shown in the picture and drinks alot of water still. The symptoms are pretty much still the same as my first post and I have not wormed any of my chickens yet.
