1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.) chicken, female, 11 months, no change in weight

5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. no
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. no idea
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. She has layer feed, greens and water with ACV available, but hasn't been touching any of it. Yesterday she did take a few bites of scrambled egg.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. She doesn't seem to be going much, but there is some light yellow feces stuck to the feathers of her backside.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? On the advice of a homeopathic vet we put her under a light for warmth and gave her 3 separate doses of homeopathic sulfur 12C to help her immune system.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? Would like to treat ourselves, but will see if a vet if necessary.
