Speckled Sussex, pullet or cockerel?

I posted this on a different "guess the gender" thread and got 2 conflicting answers, so I'm starting a new one to see if I can get a more definitive guess. This little "lady" is nearly 16 weeks old and just sprouted a lovely, giant green tail feather. I have not heard any crowing, and her comb looks the same size as my other pullets her age but should I be suspicious that she is a roo? Or is her tail just growing in haphazardly? She is a speckled sussex. Thank you!

Huh, I guess green tail feathers aren't exclusive to roos. Everything says pullet.
