Looks like a pullet!

A cockerel would have had that much comb and wattles a long time ago, closer to 8 weeks old.

Also the saddle feathers are still rounded. Examples from google, usually start to be different around 10-12 weeks old and more flowing like the second pic around 16 ish weeks..
