SpeckledHen, your outa control (Egg Packing Artistry)

Yea, they came yesterday (Wed) at 1pm, and since it was warmer outside, I waited an hour then popped them in the bator. My bator has been keeping a real stable temp, about 100 degrees, no fan, and 40-48% humidity. I'm excited! Karen

Sounds like you're on your way then. Now the hard part..waiting....and waiting.... then CANDLING! I love candling. I have eggs due on three different dates in my bator right now, the first due date Nov 14, then 16 then the 21st.

There is a man out here who is doing some testing on shipping eggs, I dont want to get into all the results now lol. but one of his next tests is to use those items that you mentioned, they will track tempatures and maybe the shaking etc ever 6 minutes I think he said. its just a little device that he will place in the box and then ship them and then once recieved the person mails that device back with postage already paid for them, then the man will plug it into his system and check it all out.

I wish I had that much time on my hands!
