Speed of the Turning Reference

anybody have reference for the turning speed ?
is this too fast or OK
I did not find any reference. I just found how many turn is best.

The rack on the below can be set as Setter or Hatcher.

That should be alright as long as you don't have issues with the eggs becoming unseated—I would perhaps put excess eggs in them first and turn them back and forth a bunch of times to see if any fall. Nice turners.
