SPELLING BEE?!

So, I have this spelling bee on Feb.13. I have tried to practice hard and study the dictionary but...
a. They do not give a spelling list to practice from
b. I am very nervous around an audience

c. WHAT IF THE ASK HARD WORDS LIKE, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious???

I would be shaking up there, palms sweaty and knees wobbly. Anybody have any tips?

I'm not sure about how to handle nervousness.

But if they ask you to spell complex words then try to break them down, like this:
Super-cali-fragi-listic-expi-ali-do-cious.
A-dap-tiv-i-ty.
Choc-o-late.
