Spider Plant Pups Are Dieing. Please Help!

the bladders are part of the root when they start to mature! I was in disbelief when I first noticed! by the way , with tiny scissors snip the brown pointed ends off of the leaves... then new growth will start from the heart in the middle. some of my leaves are 2"s across because of the amonia and epsom salt

I'll keep my eye on the pups till I find one.
Also, when you say the bown pointed ends are you taking about this?
