I have a Covina 24 fully automatic incubator and today is day 20, I spilt some water as it is hard to know when the troughs are full, at day 20 will this make a big difference ?

At this late stage in the incubation your humidity should be high, so it doesn't matter if you bump it a little bit by spilling water. Ideally you should have a hygrometer in the incubator to monitor humidity though, instead of relying on full throughs and instructions. I'm not familiar with the model you are using, but I found with some others it's better to know exactly what's going on in there! In mine, for example, I found during lockdown even full troughs doesn't up the humidity sufficiently. Something to consider for future hatches?

Best of luck with your hatch!
