Spin the wheel pop up ...

About every 10 to 15 minutes this pops up and is next to impossible to close. So far it's only happening while on BYC. Im not positive its coming from here or what, im not tech savvy at ALL!... ideas?

Downloaded the app and no issues after that

When you see one, can you provide one example of the URL of the page you are redirected to and/or the URL of the problem ad?

That will help as we work to find / block these ads.

I didnt know what else to call it so I went with something I thought was close and would get attention quickly..

Im sorry its taken me a bit. Ive been trying to reply but it keeps inerupting while I type and then I have to backtrack to where I was and it does it again...
Anyway ..... I hope this will help. If not and you need something else just let me know and I'll do my best to find it on my phone. But keep in mind its taking forever to respond here. I will as soon as I can tho.

Thanks for keeping me posted! We are digging through to find which ad Network it is coming from.

Could you message me with your device type & browser you're using, and the click URL on the ad? You can usually get this by right-clicking if you are on a desktop computer and copying the link URL, or on a mobile device usually you can long-press on the ad and copy the location URL

Thats all i can get to copy.. when i touch the screen to download the url nothing comes up.
This is my phone info but did an update today.

And im on chrome.
Anything else?
And yep, it's still doing it...
