What did you think of them? Are they effective at keeping critters out of the feed?

i guess it depends on what critters you have.. i would think if a chicken can get food out then so could mice, rats, chipmunks and things like that...we keep our feed in a metal trash can with a lid. .nothing gets into it. and we only fill the feeder enough for the day

It doesn't look like you can use crumbles, which is what I feed..................
