I wonder if any of you have raised Spitzenhaubens. (sp?) I went to the hatchery last week and picked up 10 pullets, and they also had the Spitz., but they were straight run. I got 5, and am wondering how soon I can tell which are roosters and which are pullets? What do I watch for, and how old do they need to be before these signs show up? With my luck, they are probably 4 roosters and a pullet.
