I bought this chicken a little over a month ago. At the time both the seller and I were confident it was a pullet, but now I'm not so sure. The tail feathers in particular are making me nervous. What do y'all think?

Ameraucana are very tricky, in my experience, I wouldn;t rule out a pullet yet lol although those tail feathers are saying cockeral!! unless it got picked and one it broken/bent

How old? Tail feathers are always changing, so I wouldn't rely on just that. I have an EE and she started out with almost no tail, but now she has a long strait tail that sticks out. This transformation literally happened over night. Check the feathers on its neck, are they pointy? If so, its probably a cockerel. If they are rounded, then its probably a pullet. But, I would wait a little longer before coming to conclusions if I were you. Ameracaunas are very tricky! Just keep an eye on her/his attitude and comb. The tail feathers aren't always the best indication of male or female.

Hatched in early March, so about 3 months old. No signs of trying to crow or breed, but has been a little bit aggressive towards me

I am curious what your chick turned out to be. I have an Ameraucana (store label) or Easter Egger that hatched March 1. I can't tell if my little Souffle is a pullet or a roo. If roo then I have a roo named Sou! LOL! Here "she" is with "her sisters". The comb is a single pea comb, feet the same size as other chicks who hatched same time (except for SLW-she is a few days younger), hackles are somewhat pointy, tail feathers are ever changing, and saddle feathers seem somewhat pointy compared to the other girls.
