There seems to be some confusion about Splash. It's not a variety. It is one of three colors associated with the Blue variety. Blue (variety not color) hatch out splash (two blue genes), blue (one blue gene) and black (no blue genes present).

You have two Blue variety chicks there, one is splash and other blue.

That does make sense, So if Male and female are splash then will it be possible to throw off some blues also?

No, if both parents are splash then only splash chicks are begotten. The chart PirateGirl posted shows how the Punnet Square of genes work. A 2 copy splash with no copy black begets all one copy chicks so all blue color. This of course is not a desirable matting. Stick with at least one blue bird every mating.

The one that looks to have predominantly yellow down is your splash.

Agreed.
