Splash Marans (pullet or cockerel)? What sex is Sweetpea?

Now at seven (7) weeks, this is one of my chicks hatched by my broody silkie. Please see the pics and tell me what you think.
I do have one that we know for sure is a rooster by the way it's flocking the other lil ones. And that one flocks Sweetpea. This one usually runs away from that one. But will fight back if cornered.

With a comb that big and red, I'm 99.8% sure its a cockerel
