Here's some photos of a Splash Marans pullet that I wanted to crowd source input on- just to put away the 10% uncertainty I have that she's a she.

Seven weeks old, zero sign of pink/red on comb or wattle- but she's 20-30% bigger than her hatch mates and is completely unafraid of the little roo still left in this batch.

Legs are appropriate size for her size- but she's kind of a beast.

I know a few weeks will tell the whole story- but she's a pullet- yes?

Cockerel picture included for context- she's about 20% bigger than he is, but he's clearly showing comb and wattle.

Thanks for your eagle eyes!!

Looks like a pullet to me. Very pretty!

Pullet, but the yellow legs concern me. Marans' legs should be pink. Any chance she's a Splash Cochin? That would explain a very large size difference too, even though Marans are large birds too.
Her legs are willow up high and slowly darkening- but yes- they were pretty yellow when she (and a couple of her sisters) was a peep!
