Splash over Spangled

I've never personally done it, but based on the genes involved:

If the one is splash all over, without any other pattern, then the chicks should be blue all over. The chicks might show the kind of lacing that is common in blues (black or darker blue at the edge of the feather, lighter blue in the middle of the feather.) The chicks might also have some leakage of one color or another, such as white or red.

If the splash is a Splash Laced Red, or some other pattern that includes splash, the pattern will have an effect on the results.
