Splash silkie roo question????

Is it true that a splash silkie roo and any other color silkie hen will give you a fullblooded silkie chick of the color of the hen?(ex. a splash silkie roo and a black silkie hen will give you a black silkie chick?) I'm wondering this because I recently got some silkie hatching eggs and the roo was a splash and the hens are splash, black, and blue.The seller said that a splash roo could go with any hen and give you the color of the hen fullblood is this true?
