Yes, they will all show blue, but will carry the mottled gene. So if you were to use one of the blue cockerels to replace your splash roo, you would get 50-25-25 ratio on b/b/s and 50-50 ratio on mottled.

there are also two blue barred hens in there, and two are splash frizzle. so it's ok, just wondering if something funky would come out. i like different.

splash male X blue barred female = splash & blue females (25/25) & splash barred & blue barred males (25/25)

splash X splash frizzle = splash nonfrizzled & splash frizzled (50/50)​
