Splay Leg and possibly something else?

I have three day old Silkie Bantums. Two displayed symptoms of splay leg but one recooped itself after a couple hours. The other, I used vet tape to secure its legs. But it seems to possibly have some other issues. It stands butt up and chest down, doesn’t seems to be able to lift its chest and its legs are bulged up. If anyone has any advice on what this could be and how to help this little one. I’ve attached two photos. One is the chick in question which I have isolated and the second is the other two just for comparison.

Cute chicks!

She may have something else going on. Hard to tell.
I'd try the hobbles and see if she does a little better.

If you have B-Complex, dissolve 1/4 tablet in a small amount of water and syringe her drops of that throughout the day for a week.

Is she eating and drinking? With teeny tiny chicks like this, I grind the chick feed up to almost a powder for at least the first week so they can eat better, sometimes crumbles are too large to manage. Alternatively, soak a small amount of starter in warm water for about 30 minutes until it's soft and like the consistency of mushy oatmeal, then feed.

It definitely drinks but hasn’t eaten much. I do grind their food (we discovered that with our flock we got four years ago). I’ll try to get a better picture of how the little one is standing. I’ve not tried B-complex so I will look into that. Thanks!
