Splay leg

I have one little Americana that has a splay leg. The breeder helped him out of his shell before I got him and unfortunately I didn't notice this right away. Actually until last week.
He is 9 weeks old is it way to late to try to fix it? If not what is the best way? Thanks in advance.
 
Can you post a picture of him standing? It's possible that he may have a slipped achilles tendon, or another type of leg bone deformity. It is splay leg if both legs go out to the side, and that is best treated in the first days of life.
