Splayed Leg Silkie

It seems as though I get at least one splayed leg Silkie chick per year and I lose them every time. This one is a GORGEOUS partridge and I can't lose this little guy. I have tried taping their legs, but their furry legs always come undone. I've tried tying them together, but their legs are so tiny, it's almost impossible to do.

I really need to save this chick. Are there any other suggestions? He just hatched yesterday, so I want to help him out ASAP.
