The name of the vitamin I bought was Poly-vi-sol by Enfamil. I had to ask the pharmasist to order them because I couldn't find ones that were iron free. You don't have to mix anything. Just give them one drop each. The vitamins come with a dropper in the package.

Update chick died .i think his deformaty was not natural it was due to repiratory disease present in my flock.any why thanks for help
