So I posted on the 4th about having a chick that couldn't stand. I don't know if it was a true splayed leg, but that is how I ended up treating it. The chick will now stand and walk with its legs taped. But it still falls down and sits on its hunches most of the time. I worry if I take the tape off, it will revert back to the way it was before. How long can I leave the tap in place? How long does it usually take to correct this problem?
