Splayed legs on a chick: what to do?

I recently had a chick hatch that had splayed legs. I used a band-aid to keep them together. What do I do next? When can I take the band-aid off ( I put it on at about 2:00 yesterday, which is May 5)? Can she be with other chicks while the band-aid is on? Thanks!

I switched to the rubber band method. In the following pictures, does my rubber band job look good? Again, how long should I keep the band on? Thanks again!
