Chicks came into work today. Customer pointed out a chick to me, ended up taking the little guy ( and another that doesn't seem to be doing to hot ) home. Whatever they are, they're buff in color and feather legged.
The first chick has a possible break in it's joint area. Not the joint itself, but just above it. Without shaving the area I can't be certain. I don't even think he will make it through the night, but, if he does... Has anyone ever put a splint on a bantam this small? A toothpick almost seems to big...
