What problems can I expect to have if I set 8 eggs now, and then another 8 eggs 10 days after the first set, in the same incubator ?

Search with the term 'staggered hatch' and you should get some faster help! Personally, I can't help much other than give the correct term for it. @_

I do staggered hatches all the time. I incubate in a Sportsman, then transfer the eggs due to hatch into a hatcher (HovaBator) for the last 3 days. I haven't had any problems with this. If you only have one incubator, then it may be a bit complicated.
