Split the eggs between two broody hens??

I have one broody hen that's been sitting on 8 hatching eggs for 13 days. For the past three days, I've had ANOTHER hen go broody. She's proving to be a very good broody, diligently sitting on her *empty* nest for 3 solid days now. So now I'm wondering: Should I split the eggs between my two girls?? Pros? Cons?

You can split the eggs, put some fertile eggs under her, get chicks to put under her or break her broodiness so that she goes back to egg laying.
