Splitting the Flock

I hatched 9 chicks and will be giving them to two different families once they are coop ready. 3 girls to one, 6 to the other. They are 4 weeks old and I have to now put them into two separate brooders because the one is getting too tight. Can i keep both brooders in the same room or will the separation be too difficult for the ladies? Any help would be appreciated!

You don't need to house them in separate rooms, they will be fine.
