Spoiled emu housing

There's an emu in my office with a 5 foot run, heat lamp, snuggle sleeping bag, food, water and toys.

However, it spends most of the time in my desk chair in a snuggy. This is not my fault. I bought this emu pre-spoiled.

And will you need to make an Emu Suite in your barn next to the Icelandics?
