sporadic laying?

Many of my hens started laying and the numbers I am getting are picking up allot which is great. I have one marans hen that was the first to lay and she has layed pretty much every other day for about two weeks Last weekend she layed two eggs in two days which was wonderful but she hasn't layed since. Is this sporadic laying normal?

yes she may take a few days off from laying.she isnt known for her heavy laying production.
