Sportsman incubator auto turner problem?

I just bought a sportsman 1270 incubator which is a few years old.. It was modified with all kinds of upgrades... I have the manual here and it talks about the auto turner setup and levelling etc but each time I go to take a look the trays are all tilted to the left.. I have made it turn the whole way in both directions but something isn't sitting right with me and i don't have three hours to sit and watch that it is turning... Anyone have any advice?

I thought the same thing with mine, but one day I went out there and it was working perfectly. I'm not concerned at all any longer about the turning. Why not set up a camera that records for 3 hours?
