Well, I did it!!!! I went to Meyer Hatchery today and bought the Sportsman. I see perfectly well what you are saying about the looks of it; it ain't pretty but it's in my basement so that's not important to me. I brought it home, plugged it in and turned it on. So simple and Cindy-proof that I can't wait to put eggs in!!! AND...the best part - it's preset at 100 but only goes up to 102.5! No more frying eggs at 107!
