sportsman owners need help!!

i need to know if my fan or fan motor is going and which it is and if anyone has the spare part i need extra they'd be willing to sell or trade or? i don't mind if it is used as long as it will work in good condition and can be shipped priority to get here faster than if i buy it new.

it is makeing this aweful sqeal noise i guess u could say, it does it, it doesn't and back and forth and it shuts the fan off sometimes. please help i got eggs to move to the hatcher and eggs a day late to go in and all the rest r in the other sportsman fine incubating but i need to get this fixed asap so it doesn't kill my speratic hatches.
