Spot on comb

Anyone have any idea what this could be on the top of my chickens comb or how I could treat it? It looks like bumble foot? Should I just spray an antibiotic ointment on it?

Looks like an infected comb from a peck wound or something. If so you'll need to soak off the scab and squeeze out the pus as antibiotic ointment won't penetrate it.
