spots in eggs

my hen is sitting on a few duck eggs. When I candled them I saw 4 black spots inside the egg now3 days later you can see the spots on the shell in the normal light. They look like they are IN the shell it's self not INSIDE the shell. When you look at the egg in the light ( just sun light) you can see fluid moving and there is a form of some type in the fluid feels like it moves freely. I really feel that the baby is gone. Wanted to check before I did anything else. The other egg seems to be ok

You need to take the eggs in the dark and candle them to be able to tell what is going on.
