Spots on chickens head and comb and seems like they are going bald

I noticed today some of my chickens had brown kind of shinyy spots on their head and combs. And head looks like it going bald around head and eye area. I'm new to raising chickens since last August. This is my first issue. Does anybody know what it is and how to treat it. I couldn't touch it cause I was in coop by myself and she wasn't having it.

The spots are stick tight fleas. I used Adam flea spray with a q tip and coated with Vaseline. I put DE and 5 percent seven dust in coop and raked thru real good. Been treating for 3 weeks now once a week. First time dealing with this. They were infested but doing good now. Any suggestions!
