Spots on chickens wattle and comb

Hi, today I went out to check on my hens and found some spots on their comb and wattles. Can anyone tell me what they are and how to deal with it?? Its on 2 easter eggers and a new hanpshire red

It looks like foul pox.
For treatment you just have to let it run its course, not much you can do.
