Spots on comb.

Is this something that i need to be concerned with? First flock and I see teeny tiny spot on 2 other girls wattle and comb.

What little I can see, those look like peck marks from the other birds (nothing to worry about unless the pecking gets severe). Perhaps you can provide a side profile pic?

She's my mean hen So harder to get good pictures of. This is my orpington and I noticed a few teeny spots on her. Also on my EE and a tiny amount on my australorp. Could be pecking, mosquitoes are bad here right now also.
