Spots on eggs?

Hi all! We have Rhode Island Reds a little older than a year old. Every now and then we get eggs with bumps and think nothing of it. Recently we’ve gotten a few with one brown bump that appears on the outside of the shell AND the inside. Just curious what this would be? Pictures attached. Thanks!

Maybe it's hyper pigmentation of the eggshell?

Is that black bump inside the shell hard or soft?
Denton' look like it lines up with the exterior bumps/spots?
Probably just a glitch in the old shelling gland.
