Spots on eggs

Hello! I am fairly new to incubating chickens. I have noticed on a couple of my eggs in the incubator that they have some dark spots. They appear a gray color and almost look wet but they are not. I am going to post some pictures. It may be hard to tell because we are on lockdown and I cannot take the lid off of the incubator to get a better picture. Also the spots were not there until about day 13 of incubation.

I can’t see any problems from these pictures.
