I've never seen something like this in chicken eggs either. Are the eggs pipping? Maybe the chick has hit a blood vessel and its bleeding?

I've seen this with duck eggs when a duckling pips and hits a blood vessel it looks like it's bruised right under the shell.

Yes some other eggs are pipping and have hatched but not those ones
