spraddle legs

i have a litle banty that is 3 months old and at first i thought mareks, but she is able to move her legs, just can't keep them under her...legs are weak...she is otherwise healthy and eats well. i have tried pulling legs back under her with rubber bands but she continues to topple over....any ideas on what i might try....thanks
