Spraddle

I have 7 chicks with Spraddle. my bad on the bedding, it was too slick. They are a month, and I thought too old for this problem.

They are correcting. One looks pretty well healed. Legs and toes straight and she is standing.

My question is, how long to leave on the band-aid? And what about the toes, should anything be done to straighten them?
