Spring chicks here in NOLA

I joined BYC when I became keeper of the flock in 2012. I'm currently brooding 5 assorted bantam chicks from TSC in Breaux Bridge. I picked up another three straight run mixed flock of something like a Copper Maran, Araucana, and a little Mille fleur. I tried my best at feather sexing and the three still had the little horn on the tip of their beak to break out of the egg.

I'm always using BYC to read up on the latest chicken chatter. So here is a formal introduction and I'll try to upload a photo of my favorite gal Pigeon.

Hooray for Spring.

I have no clue to what kind she may be. Pretty small but a good layer. Rose comb. Pretty broody.
