spring cleaning tips?

I plan on doing a bit of spring cleaning soon. In my coop, some dust has accumulated in the cracks and corners. The roosts have a small layer of crusty mud on them, probably from chickens coming in with dirty feet. There's some stains on the wooden walls, etc.

Anyways, got any spring cleaning tips? What to wash with, tools to use, etc...

You could just hose it down with water from a garden hose and a nozzle. No dangerous chemical, and the force will irrigate the surface to loosen and remove the encrusted material.
