My Mother lives in a country town where chickens, goats and people ride their horses down the middle of main street. Her 8 week old chickens have been taken because of one neighbors complaint. I've been told to file for a variance with the city in which all adjoining property owners will be contacted. Two out of three are in agreement with mother having chickens accept for the neighbor behind us. Please advise me if you think I can win under these circumstances. Will the fact that 2 out of three favor the idea matter or there other consideration that will out way those in favor. Desperate in Alabama, Mothers 92 and in a depressed state.. ty Debra
