Sprinkles?

Those little chocolate things that go ontop of ice cream....................................................
How many people refer to them as Jimmies, and how many say sprinkles?
I said jimmies the other day and my kids looked at me like I had something crawling out of my ears.

I'm from Michigan. I didn't know they were called anything other than sprinkles, at least in American English.

I'm in Maryland, and I say sprinkles. But, my Dad says jimmies.

(I suspect this might be because his name is Jim and he just likes saying it.)
