I have 5 rabbits one of whom is Sprocket, a 2yr old mini rex/ angora lop x(looks like a lionhead). I have her mom, now neutered dad, and two sisters. The other four rabbits live in a huge pen(formerly a dog run) with a heated house in the winter, while Sprock lives in the house. She hates her family, and the outdoors in general. If you take her outside she sits there on the cement, looking miserable, and cleans her feet. She is really well litter trained and generally doesn't chew anything in the house, however the other day she decided to change that all. I was away in the hospital for three days and had a friend looking after everything for me. She decided to put Sprocks favorite polar fleece froggy blanket on the couch rather than in the corner behind the couch where she usually keeps it. Sprock reacted badly to it being on the couch and shredded the blanket and the throw pillow behind it. There is a big hole in the couch cushion and she now refuses to leave it alone. Everytime I turn around she is on the couch digging and attacking the spot. I had to pile boxes on the couch covering the spot and she is now stomping and grunting around the bottom of the couch totally peeved.

I am so mad I could just scream. In two years of her being in the house she hasn't wrecked a single thing and suddenly she kills my new couch!!! AAUUGH!!

This is the culprit! Sprocket!!

yeah, that and the fact that she looks a little too hairy to think about stew...LOL. Just kidding, I have buns that have done their share of naughty things...just not quite THAT naughty. YIPES.

I was never even mad enough for there to be a need for forgiveness! The little turd just stopped, looked at me amidst shredding my couch with her hair all messed up and a piece of couch foam sticking out of her mouth and for a second I was so fuming mad, But honestly I laughed at the sight. Up until now she has been such a good girl, she even goes camping in our trailer and goes to the feed store on her harness and leash. I can fix the couch cushion(by fix I mean flip over), a couch is replaceable but my little Sprocket Rocket isn't!!

OMGosh, bad bunny! It's pretty funny though what they'll do when their people go away and their routine changes. Bad bunny-sitter for putting her blanket on the couch! I'd be pretty peeved too though. How old is your couch? At least you can flip the cushion... my mother's couch has attached ones! She's really cute, I love mini-rexes! I don't think I've ever seen one crossed with an angora lop though.
