I have been reading how good prouted seeds are and my husband and I have about 20lbs of vetch seed for a pasture that we were going to plant in vetch over the winter but now we are not. Can the chickens eat the sprouted vetch seed?

Sure. They can eat it unsprouted, too, if it's not treated.
